BLOKCMATES are mentees, who are usually new to Web3 and The BLOKC community and looking to make professional connections. BLOKCMATES are paired with a Mentor who will be available to offer insight and advice on Web3, working as a developer, and helping you build long-lasting connections with influential community members.

Mentors will support the BLOKCMATES through mentorship, guidance and professional networking leading up to and during UNBLOKC conferences. Mentors should be familiar with Web3 and the community and can create networking opportunities and will help the BLOKCMATES navigate a professional conference
